Like autumn, in our lives, change is a normal thing. When it comes to Autumn, it depicts the nature of life: change, decay, and regeneration. Amid the times of bad things, even when we are sad, or there are various problems lingering around our mind, at one moment, we all made decisions to change something which will be significant to our lives. Like a great old oak in the autumn abscising its leaves and fruit, you may think you are losing your power while you imagine the best version of yourself in the spring.

After the significant hours of many challenges from the prior month, we should be ready for the change and be kinder to ourselves, relax all of the stress out, and leave some problems behind. Thus, no matter what shall happen, let it be. Then, we are going to overcome any obstacles!
